It lets you build different kinds of RSS/Atom feeds from your original feed. For instance, you could build a feed that's optimized for mobile devices. And you can get new kinds of data from your feeds (for instance, they can turn on stats about your feeds, so you can learn more about who subscribes to you. Interesting idea. I built a feed for you here with some of the features turned on. It looks like the service is still having some startup problems. But, looks interesting. RSS/Atom is getting more mature with services like these.
